She didn't like the infant chairs or swing and we tried the "sleep wedge", so it was almost impossible to set her down. I bought this out of desperation when she was 5 weeks old and it was the best purchase I have ever made. She loved it. She slept better on her lounger during naps than in her bassinet or crib. It is only good until they reach 16lbs, but by that point, she was more interested in the swings/chairs as she had more neck control. I bought one for each of my friends who both had babies after me and their babies love them just as much.
